Health Coaching

Are you ready to make your health goals become a reality? SpecialtyHealth provides customized Fitness, Nutrition, and/or Wellness Health Coaching.

Visits with the Fitness and/or Nutrition Health Coach aim to help manage:

• weight 
• stress and sleep
• overall health and wellness

Wellness coaching with the Nurse Practitioner can include:

• managing stress and sleep
• tobacco cessation
• review of lab work

Health Coaching sessions can be provided weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
In-person (in our Reno office), telephonic, or virtual visits are available.

Fitness and/or Nutrition Health Coach

Initial 1hr Appointment – $150/Health Coach
Follow-up 30min Appointment – $75/Health Coach

Nurse Practitioner

Initial 1hr Appointment – $150
Follow-up 30min Appointment – $100

Getting Started

   2. At the end of the Questionnaire, it will ask you which product you are interested in. Please select the desired Health Coaching appointment option.
2. Once the Health Questionnaire is submitted, our team will contact you to schedule your in-person (in our Reno office), telephonic, or virtual appointment.
