- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart holding a kettlebell loosely in one hand. Keep the handle in line with your foot.
- Move into a slight crouch and then power your body upwards using your legs and raise the kettlebell to the center of your body.
- Maintain a loose grip on the handle throughout the movement and bring the kettlebell up to your shoulder and rotate your arm in a bicep curl movement.
- Lower the weight back in a controlled manner and repeat.
